What are the shipping options?

Shipping is always FREE. All items are shipped using standard international shipping. Please allow 10-15 business days for items to arrive.


When will I receive my order?

Please allow 10-15 business days for items to arrive. Due to COVID-19 some products may experience an even further delay due to supplier constraints.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Changes cannot be made once an order has been placed. However, if for some reason you wish to make some sort of change, we can handle this on a case by case basis. Please contact us as info@titanicguy.com


Where are you located?

We are located in Toronto, Ontario but have distribution centers in the US and Canada.


How do I make sure I order the right size?

Each apparel product will contain a sizing guide in the images. Please refer to these guides when selecting your size. Read guides carefully as not all shirts and clothing fit the same.
